Andrew is a personable and enthusiastic component of any technology project. He is able to tackle complex challenges with solutions learned over 15 years of work with Information Technology and Professional Software applications.

With strategy based on data, analytics and clear detailed understanding of business processes, he is able to implement and guide clients to increased understanding and intelligence about their operations, their customers and their members.

His background includes working with professional and trade associations, over 10 years, to overcome unique tech and business process challenges. He has held roles in Project Management, Business Analysis, Staff Training, and Database Administration creating a well-rounded and detailed understanding of association management and related systems.

His most recent experience includes working with over 50 Professional and Trade Associations, navigating them through complex software implementations, including Aptify, NetForum and IMIS Association Management Systems. The experience has given Andrew invaluable insight into quickly and effectively identifying dangerous gaps in requirements, gaps in stakeholder knowledge, budget and timeline issues, as well as, a near endless supply of tools and strategies for avoiding these potential pitfalls.
