Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing from the University of Maryland, University College, Marcos brings a unique psychological perspective to today’s digital marketing.
With knowledge and expertise in consumer behavior, the consumer decision process, digital marketing communications, and customer relationship management, he has developed a strong affinity for inbound marketing processes. His mastery of writing and communication skills further reflect these assets and interests.
His strong suits are the valuable recognition and collaboration of motivations among and between both businesses and consumers, enabling strong segmenting, targeting, and positioning tactics.
Through both academic and professional experience, Marcos has engaged in tasks such as customer profiling, value proposition and competitive analysis, CRM evaluation and strategy development, and social media campaign planning. He has also been involved with non-profit marketing, contributing to volunteer and event promotion and coordination.
Marcos is also familiar with both psychological and market research practices and methodology.
